Biochemistry Research
Introduction to the Discipline of Biochemistry
TheDiscipline is composed of nine laboratories (and three affiliatedlaboratories) engaged in a wide variety of research topics inbiochemistry and molecular biology. These include structralbiology, protein chemistry, gene regulation and control, cellsignalling, developmental biology, and stem cell research. Discipline members also participate in the Centre for the Molecular Genetics of Development, and maintain linkages with a number of other laboratories locally, within Australia, and internationally.
