Registration and Abstract Submission Deadlines Extended

The registration and abstract submission deadlines have been extended to 10th July 2009.

• Adelaide Airport to Novotel Barossa - Sunday 20th September.
  The bus will leave the Adelaide Airport at **3.00 pm** and should arrive at Novotel Barossa by 4.30 pm.


• Novotel Barossa to Adelaide Airport - Wednesday 23rd September
  The bus will leave the Novotel Barossa at 2.30 pm and should arrive at Adelaide Airport by **4.00 pm**.
  We recommend booking flights that leave Adelaide after 5 pm to cover the 30 minute check-in requirement and any local traffic delays.

Background:

The "BacPath meetings" are held on a bi-annual basis and are circulated between locations in Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland and South Australia. These meetings provide a focus for all molecular microbiologists in Australia who work on bacteria and bacterial pathogens. Aspects that are covered include: pathogenesis, antibiotic resistance, virulence factors, and vaccine development that utilises genomic and proteomic approaches.
