Honours
Honours projects will focus on aspects of the molecular and developmental biology of leucine rich repeat proteins of the NLRR and FLRT family. Our laboratory uses a wide range of molecular and cell biology techniques analysing protein interaction and localisation, the regulation of gene expression, analysis of cellular function and the study of roles during embryonic development. Therefore, Honours projects can include aspects of LRR gene analysis from protein chemistry, molecular biology and developmental biology. If you are interested in pursuing an honours project in our lab please contact Dr. Bryan Haines to discuss your options and proposed projects.
