Honours Projects

Honours projects will focus on determining the molecular and developmental mechanism that underpins the CNS defects in our transgenic and knock out mouse models, including the identification of SOX3 target genes and binding partners. Our approach uses a range of cutting-edge molecular genetic and cell biology techniques including microarray, fluorescence immunohistochemistry, proteomics, in situ hybridisation and gene targeting/transgenesis.
