Categories of Event
Small to Medium Events
If you are holding a small to medium event, such as a bbq or function with limited numbers and only requires limited resources, then you can complete the School Event Checklist to ensure you have everything in place for a safe event.
Large Events
Large events are those where large numbers of people will be in attendance, and require numerous resources. For example, you need to organise a large venue, car parking, emergency evacuation etc.
These types of event are not held often by the School, but should the need arise to organise such a function, the University has Event Management procedures which must be followed.
