Our role is to promote and protect the University of Adelaide's brand and reputation.
Brand Custodians
We are committed to the ongoing optimisation and management of essential University-wide marketing platforms. These platforms secure the foundation of a strong, respected and consistent brand. Our brand custodian role includes our work on:
- the University Brand Standards, corporate visual identity management and creative development
- the Brand policy and active commitment and management to uphold this policy
- the University's website
- Life Impact brand development and engagement campaigns
- annual prospective student advertising campaigns for undergraduate and postgraduate degrees, and scholarships/promotion for higher degrees by research
- University events, including Open Day and Carols on Campus
- corporate communications, including news releases, media liaison and crisis management
- the identification of brand risks and managing and minimising these
- enhancing the University's online community, including web and social channels
- corporate, research and prospective student publications
- target market intelligence to inform evidence-based decision making
- positioning the University as contemporary, engaging and world-class across all channels including web, digital, social and traditional media.
Strategic Partners
We work across the pillars of learning and teaching, and research to:
- support the recruitment agenda for undergraduate, postgraduate and higher degree by research intakes
- profile the University's research and support research funding targets by raising awareness of the impact of our research.
