The Creative Services team develop and maintain the design standards for University branded communications. We work with staff across the University to deliver design materials that are effective, engaging and branded consistently.

The Web team is responsible for the overall strategic direction and maintenance of the University's websites. We:
- develop and support the content management system used for editing and maintaining University websites
- manage website design, structure and content standards
- develop and maintain templates for use across all University sites
- promote consistency of the University brand in the online environment
- provide consulting, training and support services to University website maintainers
- provide online resources via the Web Guide
- manage content and promotional banners for the top level pages of the University corporate website
- create and develop the University of Adelaide blogs and University blog templates.
- develop online applications to support the strategic goals of the University, including Degree Finder, Staff Directory and University news and events.

The Digital & Social Media team leads the strategic direction of the University's digital presence. We:
- create and curate content for the top-level website, social media and other online channels
- consult on digital components of marketing campaigns, mobile app development and University web analytics

- coordinate digital marketing and email marketing platforms
- provide social and digital media consultancy, training and support
- facilitate social media and user experience workshops
- develop digital marketing, content and social media strategies
- maintain social and digital media style guides and guidelines
- manage relationships and recommend external suppliers.

The Media and Corporate Communications team manages incoming and outgoing media for the University. This includes preparing media releases and statements, sourcing expert academic comment, media monitoring, hosting media crews on campus and emergency management communications.
