Scheduling

The timeframes needed to make sure that your project is delivered effectively and on time will vary from project to project.

Make sure that you discuss your requirements with your Marketing & Communications contact as early as possible so we can schedule the appropriate work within agreed timeframes. Please also make sure that you speak to us before committing to deadlines with your stakeholders and/or suppliers.

Marketing Projects

Due to the large number of projects managed and services offered by Marketing & Communications, we ask you to provide us with a minimum of three weeks notice for your marketing projects.

Media, Communications and Public Relations

For media, communications and public relations initiatives the time frames are much shorter.

For example, if you have a story idea for a press release or social media announcement, the window of time we have to take advantage of these opportunities can be as quick as 24 hours.
