All official University of Adelaide media releases and any media liaison should be managed through the Media team. Contact a member of the Media team to arrange an interview and facilitate your media requirements.

Do you have story ideas that might be of interest to the media? This could be a recently published paper, recruiting members of the community for research projects, major teaching initiatives, community engagement activities, visiting scholars or general public events.

Please contact us to discuss your idea or complete the Story suggestion form. This will help you to develop your news ideas e.g. research outcome, award or achievement, special event or teaching activity and determine the best possible way to promote to your target audiences.

We monitor and report on all mentions of the University of Adelaide in local and national media. This is summarised in a daily media report for senior management, including executive managers and executive deans, across the University.

Crises and issues have the potential to impact negatively on the University brand and its reputation. If you become aware of an issue or crisis, please contact us immediately on 8313 0814.

We provide media training for University of Adelaide senior staff and researchers throughout the year.
