Scientific Advisory Committee


The Scientific Advisory Committee (SAC) of the Freemasons Foundation Centre for Men's Health was established to provide advice to the Centre's Management Group on matters related to the strategic development and research program of the Centre including advice on:

  • specific strategies and initiatives that enable the Centre to fulfil its mission and achieve its objectives 
  • the development of a comprehensive and multidisciplinary research program on men's health 
  • the development of strategic relationships with a range of key stakeholders including representatives of government, industry, academia, and the non-government sector
  • strategies for health professional training, public education, resource development and information dissemination
  • funding opportunities of relevance to the Centre
