1. Please review the membership policy of the category for which you intend to apply prior to completing your application

2. Please complete the membership application and provide documentation required for the category for which you intend to apply.

Requirements

Research and Student membership applicants

• Provide a one-page description of your research program of relevance to the Centre's mission, any existing involvement with the Centre, and any relevant positions, titles, awards, or memberships.
• Provide CV + 3 referees
• Provide a brief biography for use in publicity materials

Affiliate membership applicants

• Provide a one-page description of your professional activities of relevance to the Centre's mission, any existing involvement with the Centre, and any relevant positions, titles, awards, or memberships
• Provide CV + 3 referees
• Provide a brief biography for use in publicity materials

Volunteer membership applicants

• Provide a one-page description of your specific interests in the Centre's mission, any existing involvement with the Centre, and any relevant positions, titles, awards or membership.
• Provide a completed skills inventory to help us identify assignments that may be appropriate for you.
