MyUni Support- A New Approach
The Learning Technologies Team (LTT) is pleased to announce a new model of support commencing Friday 14 February 2014. The new arrangements are designed to improve the level of user support for MyUni, as well as ensuring users have an optimum amount of self-help material online.
MyUni Support has a number of step-by-step tutorials for using MyUni. These are designed to step you through using the MyUni Tools.
A list of Known Issues with MyUni is also available. Check this list to see if your problem has already been identified.

MyUni Support is the first point of call for all queries regarding technical issues with MyUni.
The LTT E-Learning Advisors (ELAs) will continue to provide pedagogical support to Faculty staff.
