Assessment

MyUni blogs are used for online submission of 300 word answers to questions provided in weekly tutorial exercises. Students and tutors can paste and format text in blog posts, attach files and insert images. Tutors manage one blog per class and posts can be sorted by student or date. Student access is restricted to the relevant class blog and his/her own posts. The MyUni web site provides detailed instructions including how to insert images and attach files.

Integration of the textbook publisher resource with the MyUni course site. Pearson Education's MyEconLab application is used for weekly summative assessment and independent study. Students are given detailed information including instructions on how to register and log in, an overview of the interface and features, an explanation of the weekly assessment tasks, recommendations for independent study use and technical support.
