Accessing MyUni

Who can access MyUni
All staff and students at The University of Adelaide have access
to MyUni using their staff or student ID and password.

How do I login to MyUni?
Go to https://myuni.adelaide.edu.au/ and enter your staff or student ID (this
is a 7 digit number preceded by a lower case "a" for example
username: a1234567) and password.

I'm logged into MyUni but am having problems
If you experience problems once you have accessed MyUni then they could be related to the web browser you are using. Check the following:
- You will need a recent web browser:
- Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher
- Firefox 2.0 or higher
- Safari 3.0 or higher
- Your browser should be configured to accept cookies that get sent back to the originating server.
- Your browser should be configured to display images.

I have forgotten my password. What should I do?
For information on changing your password, please see the following website. Password resets are handled by Card Services (08) 8303 3363 rather than ITS. You can visit card services in person, or submit a password reset form via facsimile.
