Backing up or Archiving Courses

I note from the Control Panel of my MyUni course that there is an Archive feature. Do I need to archive my course?

ITS ensure that your MyUni courses are backed up and they are also retained for a minimum of three years or the entire duration of the program of study. It is a good idea however to have your own back up (archive) when you develop a MyUni course for the first time or where you have made major edits to your current course. In other words, where no past MyUni courses exist in the current format. An archive of your MyUni course (which will be in a zipped folder) should be saved to a computer's hard drive or external drive. For more details on archiving see http://www.adelaide.edu.au/myuni/tutorials/files/ArchiveACourse.html.
