Helpdesk Request Form

A course merge merges multiple MyUni courses into a single course, such that students from all of the courses being merged can access content in the one course.
If this is the first time you have requested a course merge, please read further explanation here:

Course Merge: Important Information

Note:
When you submit this form, you will be asked for your University username and password (the same login details as MyUni, Email, etc).

Section A: Contact Details

Section B:
Component Courses - these are the courses to be merged.

Notes: 1. You may request to merge any number of courses up to 6, if you need to merge more than 6 courses, please call the helpdesk on 8303 3000 2. Please get approval from the course coordinator of each component course before submitting this form. 3. The course ID is very important, please ensure you include the exact MyUni course IDs. The course ID can be found by logging into MyUni and going to the courses tab as shown in the adjacent screenshot. In this screenshot, the course ID is "2905_C_ENVENG_7043".

Section C:
Source Course - this is the course that contains the content that will be in the new merged course.
Notes:
1. Only content from one course can form the content of the new merged course.
2. This can be a current course or a course from a previous semester or year. This includes combined courses.
3. Specific details about the content that will be copied into the new merged course can be found here:

Note: If you do not want to specify a source course, enter the word "none" as source course ID.

Section D:
Merged Course Title/Description - this is the title of the new merged course
e.g. Combined Honours English/History Pt 1

Submit:
Submitting this form will send the above course merge request data to the Helpdesk for MyUni.
