Request a Course Refresh or Copy

Course Refresh
If you would like a course to be cleared of all content (e.g. refreshed from the MyUni template), please contact the Technology Service Desk on +61 8 303 3000 and provide your user ID (e.g. a1234567) and the MyUni course ID you want refreshed (e.g. 3120_BIOLOGY _0001).

If your course contains a lot of unwanted or old content you can request a course refresh to start with a clean slate, then use the Export and Import tool to choose the content you want from previous year's courses

Course Copy
If you would like to copy the content from an existing course to a new course, please contact the Technology Service Desk on +61 8 303 3000 and provide your user ID (e.g. a1234567) and the MyUni course ID you want refreshed (e.g. 3120_BIOLOGY _0001) for both the source and destination course for the copy.

This is particularly useful if your course runs every semester, but the content is only rolled over on a yearly basis.
