Grade Centre - Adding Grades (Manually)

Adding grades to Grade Centre

Access Grade Centre

1. Under control panel scroll down and click Grade Centre then Full Grade Centre.

Hide Course menu

2. Click the left arrow to hide the course menu.

Enter a Grade Directly into Grade Column

Grades/scores can be entered into a column directly by clicking into a cell then entering a score.
3. Click a cell and enter a new (or edit an existing) value. Press Enter on your keyboard to save the entry and moves the cursor to the cell below.

Note: If the entry is submitted in the wrong format a warning notice will be displayed.

Enter a Grade with Feedback

4. Hover the mouse over the cell you wish to grade in Grade Center to show the down arrow.
5. Click the arrow to reveal cell options.

6 Click the View Grade Details option. This will open up the Grade details page

7.Click Edit Grade.This will reveal feedback options for the grade.

8. Add feedback in the Feedback to User text area.
9. Optional - Add marking comments in the Grading Notes text area.
10. Click Save.
11. Click Return to Grade Center.
