ICC Printed Assignment - Add New
ICC Printed Assignments are submitted electronically as A4 PDF files via MyUni. The next working day after the due date the assignments will be sent to the Image and Copy Centre (ICC) for printing and the Instructor will receive an email advice. ICC will print and deliver the assignments to the school office within two working days after the due date
1. Make sure your Edit Mode button is switched to ON and select a Content Area to add the Assignment to. (e.g. Assessments, Course Content, etc.)
2. Go to Create Assessment (1) and select ICC Printed Assignment (2).
3. In the Assignment Information section, enter a Name and provide any Assignment instructions in the text box provided.
4. In the Assignment and Rubric Files section, to attach any files needed for the Assignment, select the "Browse My Computer" button (1). To attach a marksheet or rubric to the Assignment, select the following "Browse My Computer" button (2).
5. In the Grading section, assign the total number of Points Possible in the text box provided.
6. In the Availability section, set the availability, the number of allowed attempts, availability dates, and optional tracking of Assignment views. Assignments will be accepted until the date and time specified in the Display Until field (1).
7. In the Due Dates section, set the due date and time.
Note: Submissions are accepted after this date, but are marked Late.
8. In the Delivery Information section, enter the School to which Assignments should be delivered along with any instructions for delivery. Comments for the printer can also be added if applicable.
9. In the Sorting Criteria section, you can opt to have Assignments sorted by student name or ID. When you're finished, select the Submit button to complete adding the ICC Printed Assignment.
