Wiki - Create or Edit a Page
The wiki tool is used to create a collaborative space within a MyUni course.
You and your instructor can monitor your contributions so participating fully is important for recognition and to get the most out of the wiki activity.
1. Navigate to where your instructor has placed the wiki in your course.
2. Click the name of the wiki you want to edit.
3. Select Create Wiki Page.
4. Enter a brief name for the new wiki page.
5. Enter your content in the text editor. The Visual Editor toolbar provides buttons for many formatting options including Bulleted List, Attach Image, Hyperlink, YouTube Video and much more. Hold your mouse over the button to see what it does.
6. Submit to save your changes.
7. Select Edit Wiki Content to add or change the content of a wiki page.
8. Add additional content or edit the existing page using the text editor.
9. Submit to save your changes.
10. To view your contributions, select My Contribution.
11. All versions of the wiki will appear in the My Contribution page. Select the Compare to Version # to open a pop up window showing the changes between two versions.
12. To view the history of an individual page, select History from the menu next to the page name in the right hand side bar.
