Coverting a Word document to PDF using Windows and Office 2007.
1. Check page size is A4, select Page Layout tab, then select Size and A4.
1. Click the Office Button 'A'.
Hover your mouse over Save As, then select PDF or XPS
2. Ensure the File name, Save as type and location are correct.
Click Publish.
