In a fun and free public forum, the 10 PhD student finalists will compete against the clock and each other to present their thesis topic and its significance. The best research communicator will be decided by a panel of judges and the audience will select their 'people's choice' via free mobile phone voting. Well-known science communicator Professor Rob Morrison will be MC on the day. The Three Minute Thesis Competition final will be held at 2.30pm on Sunday 15 August in Scott Theatre at the University's North Terrace Campus.
