EU and Australia in the World - Creating Change, Driving Progress

Location: Elder Hall, The University of Adelaide
A Public Lecture (co-hosted with the University of South Australia) by H.E. Mr Sem Fabrizi, Ambassador and Head of the Delegation of the European Union to Australia and New Zealand.
The relationship between the EU and Australia is both dynamic and deep. It is based on shared values and common economic and strategic interests, bilateral, regional and on a global scale. It sits comfortably within the context of the enhanced role the EU is playing in the world. The re-emergence of Asia is without doubt one of the mega trends shaping our world. Asia matters to Australia and Europe and the EU-Australia relationship is evolving to adapt to the changing geopolitics of the region.
