Known as South Australia's 'most distinguished citizen', the Barr Smith Library are holding an exhibition until 10 June 2016 on Sir Samuel James Way (1876-1916). Discover his personal life, his involvement with the University of Adelaide, his concern for social causes, and his passion for plants, artworks, and above all his book collection.

In their new book The Dynamic Human, authors Professor Maciej Henneberg and Dr Aurthur Saniotis chart the full scope of human evolution, with a look at the past, present and future development of our species.
The Dynamic Human demonstrates that our world is a continuously changing complex system and humans are a part of this ever-changing system. Within this framework, human evolution is an ongoing process that shapes us now and will shape us in the future, body and mind.
About the authors:
Professor Henneberg and Dr Saniotis are members of the Biological Anthropology and Comparative Anatomy Research Unit in the University of Adelaide's School of Medicine; and are associates of the Institute of Evolutionary Medicine at the University of Zurich, Switzerland.

The Friends of Urrbrae House will hold a brief AGM prior to the talk.
