The Roseworthy Campus 125th Celebration will be a celebration of the past, the present and the future. Roseworthy as a college and now as a campus of the University of Adelaide, has made an invaluable contribution to the education and careers of local, state, national and international identities across a range of industries including agriculture & viticulture.

What better way to celebrate this rich history and welcome the exciting and transforming developments Roseworthy faces, than with a festival that brings all these elements together. Science, agriculture, viticulture, education - past, present and future, all on display in one beautiful location with an exciting mix of entertainment, great local produce and premium beverages!

The theme of the festival is 'Science behind the Product'.

The festival will feature an information trail where research organisations will be linked to their industry partners. The trail will explore the process from research and development and primary production through to the finished product. This will give the public the opportunity to experience and appreciate the influence scientific research has on their everyday lives, in particular, the taste, quality and production of foods and beverages found in their homes. Roseworthy partners and commercial/industry links will be able to showcase their research and how this research has an influence on the end product. Displays will be located on the Hockey and Rugby Oval at the front of the Roseworthy main building. There will also be an assortment of fine food and drink on offer, as well as a host of live music and entertainment including sheep dog trials, working horses, model train rides and many other attractions for the whole family.
