Uncorked is a fortnightly event held on Friday evenings from 4.30pm at the National Wine Centre. Open to the general public, Uncorked is a free entry event perfect for everyone from those with a keen interest in wine to people who simply want to learn more. Guests are invited to enjoy wines from the featured winery in a fun and interactive atmosphere by the glass, bottle and tasting flight.
The Robinson Institute is the partnering recipient organisation on the evening and 50c from every glass of wine and $3 from every bottle of wine sold will be donated to the Robinson Foundation.
