Mental Health Awareness Week 2015: Mental health begins with YOU!
Free: All Welcome
Tuesday, 6 October 2015 - Friday, 9 October 2015
North Terrace and Roseworthy Campuses, plus the Village
Each year, the University of Adelaide Counselling & Disability Service participates in the annual Mental Health Awareness Week program to promote positive activities to support wellbeing. For 2015 our focus is on the ways you can improve your own mental health - and how you can help improve the mental health of others. Helping others is a great way to boost their wellbeing, but it can also help you to feel more connected and engaged, which can increase your own wellbeing as well. When we help each other, everybody wins!
That's why this year we're asking the questions, What do you do for yourself? and What do you do for others? to give everyone a chance to share positive stories of connection on and around campus. You can learn more about what's happening in and around your campus by checking our Program of Events [1]
