2017 Lowitja O'Donoghue Oration:
Fr. Frank Brennan SJ AO - On Aboriginal Land: Seeking unity at the table. Celebrating 50 years since the 1967 Referendum.

Fr. Frank Brennan SJ AO is an Australian Jesuit priest, human rights lawyer and academic. Frank is currently the CEO of Catholic Social Services Australia. He is known for his 1998 involvement in the Wik debate when Paul Keating called him "the meddling priest" and the National Trust classified him as a Living National Treasure. Brennan has a longstanding reputation of advocacy in the areas of law, social justice, refugee protection and Aboriginal reconciliation. His books on Aboriginal issues include The Wik Debate, One Land One Nation, Sharing the Country and Land Rights Queensland Style.
