The Supreme Court decision in deciding the presidency of the United States will be among three issues to be discussed at a meeting of the University of Adelaide's John Bray Chapter and the Law Society of South Australia at the University on Monday night.

His Honour Judge J. Clifford Wallace, Chief Judge Emeritus and Senior Judge of the United States Court of Appeals (9th Circuit), will comment on the following issues:

• The recent U.S. Supreme Court decision on the Californian "Three Strikes" Legislation;
• Jurisdiction of United States Courts over inmates of Camp X- Ray;
• The Supreme Court decision in Bush v Gore, deciding the Presidency of the United States.
