Toothbrushing in Primary Schools (Queensland Government)

The Bayside District Toothbrushing Program was designed to increase toothbrushing episodes, and the application of low levels of fluoride into mouths of children, in order to decrease the incidence of dental caries. It also promotoed toothbrushing as a daily habit for life.

Water fluoridation program

The Queensland Government announced its water Fluoridation program in 2008 and Fluroide was phased into the water supplies tarting December 2008. More information is available on thier website.

Queensland Child Care facilities are eligible to receive 1 free copy of the Happy Teeth Resource Kit.
