The Quality Improvement Program Planning System (QIPPS)
QIPPS is a web-based planning and evaluation tool that enables development of high quality health promotion and community development project plans by following a guided process for effective planning and evaluation.

The NSW Health Planning and Evaluation Wizard (PEW) is designed to allow simple access to planning and evaluation tools that are relevant to health promotion or primary health care projects. It provides practical examples and assistance and guides you through the planning and evaluation process.
University of Arizona: Community Health Worker Evaluation Tool Kit
The Community Health Worker Evaluation Tool Kit was developed to assist in evaluating programs Health Workers are involved in. Involving Health workers in evaluation design and implementation is critical to successful evaluation efforts. This tool kit assists in making the evaluation process a simple and empowering experience.

AssessNow provides public health staff with information, tools, and resources to improve the practice of community health assessment, including a section on ‘Program Planning and Evaluation'. Community health assessment is the work of collecting, analyzing, and using data to educate and mobilize communities, develop priorities, garner resources, and plan actions to improve public health.
The Australasian Evaluation Society
The Australasian Evaluation Society is the primary Australasian professional organisation for people involved in evaluation including evaluation practitioners, managers, teachers and students of evaluation, and other interested individuals. The organisation is involved in all aspects of evaluation and performance measurement. Professional development workshops are conducted throughout Australasia on a regular basis.
