• Free BBQ at Bar-Smith Lawns  

2008 February

• OSA Lounge was re-open by Pro. Vice Chancellor Internatonal Prof. John Taplin and guests
• OSA actively participated in O' Week. Conducted a stall at Bar-smith lawns. Conducted a free BBQ, conducted Bollywood dancing event and showed a Bollywood movie in union cinema. OSA actively participaed in International Orientation.
  
• OSA conducted a stall at the welcome   center and provided infornation about the OSA and services. Also organized a boat cruise long the Torrance river and provided drinks for a BBQ. 

2008 January

• OSA was able to secure its excistance.
• OSA became active once again after being inactive for some time.
