OSA Cup 2002
Structured along the lines of the World Cup, each team played at least three games, with four groups of four teams playing each team in their group. The top two from each group progressed to the quarter finals. During the course of the day, willing volunteers provided players with a variety of charred meat and weak cordial, as befits a tournament of this nature. Those who were weary did not worry, and those who objected feasted on the delicacies anyway. By the end of the day, and with only a few serious injuries, one team emerged as champions. Apart from the victorious team, nobody was really worried, as fun had been had by all. The 2003 OSA Cup promises to be an even more glamourous event, and organisers may even try to increase the tournament's size, so as to accomodate the teams that missed out in 2002.
