Advanced Courses
Aimed at the advanced learner who wants to increase their confidence in managing communication in various daily and professional situations in a spontaneous fashion.

Language, culture and life will be explored through lively class discussions on a variety of topics including current affairs, politics, cuisine, customs, literature and history just to name a few. While grammar is revised the focus of this vibrant and engaging course is the practical use of the language and improving listening, comprehension, speaking and writing so that you are capable of communicating with confidence.

The Advanced Courses are offered 3 times a year - Option 1 starts in January (8 sessions), Option 2 starts in March (12 sessions) and Option 3 starts in July (12 sessions). Each course can be taken as a stand alone course. While all the courses have the same learning outcomes, the topics selected for situational discussion will vary in each.

Note: Students enrolling in an advanced course are expected to have completed PCE's 4th year course, or 180-240 hours of tuition elsewhere, in the language of study.

Please feel free to contact us and speak with a course advisor if you need assistance in ascertaining whether the course is suitable for you.
