Japanese
PCE offer a wide range of Japanese language courses.
Intensive Courses
Intensive courses are First-Year language courses, suitable for beginners, condensed into 10 weeks. Students should be prepared to commit to an intensive study program during this time, with equivalent home and classroom hours.
Each class is three hours long and is held twice weekly, providing 60 hours of instruction.
The structure of the intensive courses assists students to retain grammar and vocabulary and develop communication skills at a greater rate than in the equivalent full year course conducted over 30 sessions of two-hour weekly classes. Upon completion, students have the option to enrol directly into the second level of the year-long language program that begins in the week commencing 31st March 2008.
