News and Progress

We are currently finalising the recruitment of 16 General Practices from the Adelaide Northern Division of General Practice. These Practices demonstrate different levels of uptake of primary care initiatives, such as the use of Practice Nurses and claiming of Diabetes Incentives.

Over the next few months we will be working with the recruited Practices to identify and contact eligible patients, inviting them to participate in the project.
