The Management Organisational Structure (MOS) shows the relationship between faculties, schools and local units within the university. It indicates, among other things, which schools belong to which faculties.
When there is a change to the University's structure the data in its information systems must also change accordingly. As custodians of the Data Warehouse, Planning and Performance Reporting coordinates the MOS change management process at the technical level.

The current Management Organisational Structure is effective from March 2013, incorporates approved changes since September 2004 and is the baseline against which new change requests are considered.
Changes to the MOS can be requested by completing the Change Request Form.
The Process Map and the Roles and Responsibilities documents contain information to assist with completing the change request form.
