Staff Planning and Development Review Policy and Guidelines (Unrevised)

Overview:

The Staff Planning and Development Review process will facilitate the achievement of the University of Adelaide and staff work and development goals by: identifying the staff member's work objectives that are most important in achieving the unit's and the University's strategic objectives; ensuring a sustainable individual workload; setting development goals that meet staff member's job and career goals and which contribute to the development of the University's skilled and flexible workforce; and sharing feedback about achievements and challenges so that the staff member and the supervisor can facilitate further progress and acknowledge achievements.
