Cotutelle arrangements for doctoral degrees Policy (Unrevised)

Overview:

The University of Adelaide is a research-intensive university that acknowledges the benefits international exchange programs offer research students. Consequently, The University has responded to the initiative of the Government of France (Traduction non officielle des articles 1 a 10 de l'Arrete du 18 janvier 1994), to permit the joint supervision of doctoral candidates under a Cotutelle de Thesis agreement.

This policy governs traditional PhD programs (i.e. those which comprise a conventional written thesis presented as typescript) that are undertaken under a Cotutelle de These agreement between the University of Adelaide and a partner institution in France.
