Overview:

The University has a duty of care to protect and not place at unreasonable risk its staff, students, titleholders and third parties. In meeting this responsibility, the University must be confident that staff members and titleholders meet the highest standards of integrity and suitability so that the University is satisfied it has minimised the risk of an unsafe environment.
