Workload Allocation Policy (Academic Staff) (Unrevised)

Overview:

Workload allocation will ensure that staff engaged to undertake both research and teaching activities have the opportunity over time to participate in all four areas of academic endeavour, while providing the flexibility to enable staff to concentrate their efforts within particular areas from time to time.
