Rewards and Recognition Framework Policy (Unrevised)
Overview:
This policy, approved in principle pending consultation, provides an overall framework for the recognition of exceptional performance and achievement by staff on an individual or group basis to be acknowledged and encouraged through formal and informal reward mechanisms.
