Danger (Lockout) and Out of Service Tag Policy and Procedure (Unrevised)
Overview:
The University of Adelaide recognises that it has a duty of care for all persons within the workplace including staff, students, co-location partners, contractors, visitors and volunteers. In consultation with Occupational Health and Safety Committees, the University of Adelaide has developed and implemented this policy to protect these persons from risk of injury from plant and equipment.
