Staff Development Policy (Unrevised)
Overview:
The eminent standing of the University of Adelaide is derived from the excellence of its staff and their leadership. Staff development builds organisational capability and supports the achievement of the University's primary goals in education and research. The purpose of this Policy is to guide the University's staff development practices according to its strategic planning.
