Overview:
This entry contains the University's Intellectual Property Policy.
The Intellectual Property Policy was approved by Council at Meeting 7/05 on 5 December 2005.
Note:
This policy has replaced the previous policy Commercial Development of the University's Intellectual Property which was effective from 8 December 1989. This can be found on RMO file F.1980/2572.
