Student Hub Manager

Responsibilities:
- Manage the staff and facilities of the Professions Student Hub
- Manage staff contact in areas of: program advice, enrolment, admission, handbooks, student exchange, articulation agreements, and implementation of University policy
- Liaise with schools in the Faculty (Business, Economics and Education) regarding student experience
Postgraduate Careers Development Manager
Responsibilities:
- One on one careers advice appointments
- Careers workshops and networking events
- Key contact to liaise with employers and professional bodies
- Key contact for the ABSS (Adelaide Business Students Society)
Program Adviser (MBA)
Responsibilities:
- Student administration inquiries for students and staff, including admission requirements, program structure, study plans and credit transfer; enrolment and selection of courses; graduation and completions; and academic progress
responsible for assessment of domestic and international applications
- Provide executive support for School program committees
- Liaise with the Business School to maintain communication lines
Program Adviser

Responsibilities:
- Support the Unsatisfactory Academic Progress process
- Within the relevant policies, determine scope for areas such as plagiarism & cheating; supplementary exam applications and deferred examinations
- Administer the application process for offshore postgraduate Business and Education programs
- Support the provision of programs in Singapore by providing student administration.
Student and Academic Support Officer
Responsibilities:
- Support Program Advisors in provision of general information
- Manage enrolment and information sessions
- Administer student mentor programs
Communications Officer
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the online resources of the Professions Hub
- Create publications such as student handbooks and student orientation
- Event management
