Why is Innovation and Entrepreneurship a valuable skill that employers look for in employees?

    Adaptability

Environmental turbulence has become a way of life and many traditional rules of business no longer apply. Corporations must continually adjust, adapt, or redefine.

    Flexibility

To understand more about modern business, we need to consider pressure to change. The environment today is all about rapid, complex, and continuous change. Entrepreneurial and innovative people grasp opportunities in this environment. Managers face shortened decision windows, and opportunities must be grasped quickly. Customer, supplier, distributor and regulator expectations are continually changing requiring new performance standards to be met.

    Creativity and competitive advantage

Skills such as creativity and innovativeness are important. These capabilities come down to Entrepreneurship and Innovation - the core source of competitive advantage.
