Manager – Customised Programs
MA Joint Hons (Glasgow), HNC Learning and Development
Sarah is Manager of Customised Programs and the Leadership Lab at the University of Adelaide’s Executive Education. She has 20 years of experience in commercial, charitable and academic environments, including establishing new businesses and accrediting organisations. Sarah holds an MA from Glasgow University with a qualification and significant experience in Learning and Development.
In her role as Manager of Customised Programs, Sarah consults with a wide and varied cross section of organisations, tailoring programs to the specific context of their needs. The aim is ultimately to assist organisations achieve their strategic and corporate goals with a focus on flexibility and organisational relevance.
Sarah also manages the Leadership Lab, a unique Centre for Excellence in South Australia. This space was created to build relationships and share cutting edge research and ideas amongst Alumni and across Industry and Government in South Australia. The Leadership Lab also provides Alumni with an opportunity for continuous professional development after they have completed other Executive Education programs, the MBA or other Under/Postgraduate programs. The aim is ultimately to continue to support and strengthen management and leadership development in the State.

Senior Project Administrator - Custom Programs
As the Senior Project Administrator of Custom Programs, Rachael holds substantial experience supporting and managing customised programs in Executive Education at the University of Adelaide. Rachael has worked with a vast number of organisations, co-ordinating and assisting in program delivery, to meet their tailored needs.
Rachael has over 25 years of high level administrative and executive assistant experience at CEO and senior executive levels in the legal, real estate and aviation industries, both in South Australia and interstate. Her experience has included work as a paralegal and executive administrative support for highly sensitive international joint ventures, providing her with strong problem solving and organisational skills, the ability to oversee projects both independently and as part of a team, and develop her evident interpersonal skills.

Kirsty’s role as Program Administrator incorporates managing all front office administration and preparation of materials and seminar rooms with an aim to support the successful presentation of all Executive Education Programs.
She has an extensive range of experience in administration and reception ranging from the corporate sector to not-for-profit including the healthcare industry. This experience makes Kirsty skilled in managing first point of contact for clients and participants accessing Executive Education.
