Founded on the knowledge that adults learn most effectively by doing, all modules are highly interactive and numbers are limited to a maximum of 30.
Participants are strongly encouraged to relate their own experiences of each issue covered, resulting in lively, stimulating discussions that reflect a diverse range of perspectives across a number of different industries.
Typical sessions may include:
- Group discussions.
- In-depth case-study analyses.
- Lectures and video presentations.
- Problem-solving exercises.
Participants find that after each module they are able to immediately apply their learning in the workplace. Written feedback is provided on all assignments. This feedback provides understanding of the relative strengths and weaknesses of the assignment and gives guidance to increased learning.
