“The Professional Management Program provided me with an insight into post graduate study and a pathway to future study.  University was clearly a hindrance to my social life when I was young and formal qualifications escaped me.  The program provided me with a gentle landing into part time study.

I had many ‘light bulb' moments as each module expanded on my experience and knowledge and I was able to apply learnings to my current role.

The Leading and Managing People module helped me to gain a greater understanding of my leadership style and an increased tolerance of the strengths and weaknesses of others and how best to capitalise on these as a leader.

Presenters facilitate a highly interactive environment and studying with such a diverse group of people provides for interesting discussion.  The format of the program ensures the workload is manageable and supports the development of new networks.  The results I achieved provided me with the motivation to continue studying towards the Master of Business Administration degree."
